• CAN WE EXTINGUISH AND RE LIGHTING A NEW CANDLE?

It is not recommended to extinguish a novena candle. As its name suggests, a novena candle is held over 9 days. By dint of lighting and extinguishing it, the oil in the candle is very likely to drown the wick.
It is best to put it in a safe place to prevent it from turning off, or to prevent domestic accidents.

• HOW TO RECITE YOUR ROSARY?

 

Begin by truly placing yourself in the presence of God, and asking for the help of the Blessed Virgin. Then make the sign of the Cross.

Next is the I believe in God. Then say one Our Father, three Hail Marys, and Glory to the Father which is a tribute of love and adoration to the Holy Trinity.

Then say five tens, each with an Our Father, ten Hail Marys and a Glory to the Father.

 

We can say our rosary or only a dozen at any time of the day, even if our hands are busy. We are always sure to please the Blessed Virgin, if we put all our faith and all our love into it.

 

 

• WHERE CAN WE FIND HOLY WATER? CAN I BUY IT?

 

Usually we find holy water upon entering a church.

Since the blessing is a personal process, holy water cannot be sold.
