 This statue is a reproduction of the group placed above the portal of the Chapel of the Miraculous Medal. It presents Saint Catherine Labouré kneeling at the feet of the Virgin.
 Catherine Labouré (1806-1876) is the Holy Witness of the Apparitions of the Miraculous Virgin at the Rue du Bac Chapel in 1830, and her miraculously preserved remains are on display there. Many miracles were obtained through his intercession, including cases of healing.
