 This plastic rosary on a chain is mounted with round red and white pearls, and a heart bearing the effigy of Saint Philomena. He also has a medal of Saint Philomena. It consists of a group of 13 grains.
 Saint Philomena is a young martyr of the 4th century. An intense devotion developed following the discovery of his relics in the 19th century, brought to France by Jean-Marie Vianney, the Saint-Curé of Ars. His intercession brings many graces (especially for healing).
