Saint-Benoît (480-547) marked the history of Christianity, by founding the first great rule of monastic life. Having fought against Evil all his life, he is a saint invoked for centuries for his protection. The cross and the medal of Saint Benedict are linked to this protection.
Directions for use : The use of grain incense is the most traditional; it requires the use of a censer. Once the burning charcoal is lit (reddened) and placed in this receptacle, we will place on it half a teaspoon of incense in grains.
